The main objectives of the Public Authority for Craft Industries:
Draw up plans and
executive programs for the policies applied in craft industries.
Document all craft
industries, their raw materials, and uses in all regions of the
Sultanate and take the necessary measures for their protection and
preservation.
Conduct research of
the present and future needs of craftsmen in the various craft
industries as well as create new crafts that are economically
feasible.
Provide awareness
and guidance services to craftsmen in administrative and technical
fields ad well as other related activities.
