There are many types of trees and plants growing in the Sultanate having multiple benefits of multiple types , whether the distilled water such a , rose water and Aljaadae Elias trees and Alkza or oils extracted such as Alcua , Kafas,&AL Arsh trees ,for example the distillation process for the recall process of distilling of rose water, where rose is planted in the Green Mountain area in large quantities by farmers and the manufacture of this roses, by strange method but tired at the same time, but at the end of the process the manufacturer forgets hardship and fatigue, after he gets the fruit of his efforts , obtaining the distilled net rose water. How is this done ? in April flowers roses bloom , the owner picking up the roses and takes the same to his humble factory made of mud and gravel with a small door and twisting Mudlah the roof made (AL Burm ) of pottery and a number of the Twines should be in pairs and consistent with the amount of flowers to be manufactured and this room called (Al dehjan).

Twines will be filled with the picked flowers , leaving vacuum placed by copper vessel that collected the distilled water of roses and then the Twine (burmah) is covered with ware another ware made of copper/brass of conical shape from the button accommodate a liter of cold water and then set fire to the Dahjan by the wood which was already collected for this purpose, The fire continues to burn for a period of three 4 hours , the water extracted from the rose flowers flow to the copper pot which is firmly sealed . The farmer change the flowers in the Twine then turns and rotates the twine after each distillation process by special tool/ device like what is called AL MENHAL very firmly , He then poured all he gains in a pottery vessel (AL kharas ) after filling it with rose water he Covered the lid with leather cover and links to prevent interring any foreign bodies , the process of covering takes period of forty days. After lifting the leather cover he fills the collected rose water in bottles of capacity one liter or more , then he covered the bottles and sending them market for selling . In the former time people living in Jebal AL Akhdar farmers use tree wood in the distillation process , now a days they use gas in stead, . Although this process is discomfort, but the return substitutes all difficulties & tired.
